I'm passionate about empowering introverted leaders and emerging young talent to unblock their limiting self-beliefs and influence their next level of career success.

I help them to build their self esteem, remove the doubt and understand what makes them tick, so they can confidently apply for the right job and know that whatever question they get asked in an interview they will know how to respond with ease and clarity. 

I’ve interviewed and assessed men and women for talent management programmes 
and reviewed 1000's of CVs for global businesses across a variety of industries.

Having experienced bullying as a child and again in the workplace as well as going through numerous other challenges in my life, I've learned the skills and techniques to come out the other side, in better shape, resilient and ready to take on the next challenge.

As a leader of a national training program for HSBC, then subsequently, Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager for their largest graduate program, I understand what it takes to make that next career move and understand the demands and challenges of those leadership roles.

In my career outside that organisation, as a specialist consultant and coach, I've done a review of the graduate programs at both Lloyds Bank and Clifford Chance.

I've coached leaders to find the fulfilment that's been missing in their lives, whilst they've been striving for the success that their internal stories tell them they need.

I've produced live events and coached senior speakers to deliver their brand both internally and to clients in the way they want.

I've supported management teams, regions and divisions in helping their people find their inner voice, know their brand and deliver with authenticity, both in group sessions and 1 - 1.
